These terms govern the purchase of a VIIY license and the use of the viiy.tech website. Your use of the VIIY software itself is governed by the End User License Agreement. By ordering, you agree to these terms.
VIIY is developed and licensed by Vitalii Pravdin, sole proprietor (FOP), st. Tumanyana 15a, apt. 583, Kyiv 02002, Ukraine — contact support@viiy.tech, legal notices legal@viiy.tech.
Who sells you the licence. Purchases are completed through Paddle, which acts as merchant of record and is therefore the seller of the transaction: Paddle takes the payment, charges and remits any VAT or sales tax, and issues your receipt and invoice. Depending on where you buy, the contracting Paddle entity is Paddle.com Market Limited (England and Wales), Paddle.com Inc. (USA) or Paddle.com (Canada) Ltd; your receipt names it. The right to use the software is granted by us, under the EULA — so the payment relationship is with Paddle, and the licence relationship is with us.
VIIY is downloadable software licensed, not sold. A license is node-locked and covers a Main + Backup machine pair as described at the point of sale. A separate, parallel show on independent machines requires an additional license.
Delivery is digital: after a successful purchase, your license key is sent to the email address on the order. You install VIIY, launch it, and activate the key online once; the license then binds to that computer. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and to keep your key secure.
Because the product is digital and delivered immediately, refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Software delivered as an immediate download is an exception: by completing the purchase you ask for delivery to begin at once and accept that the statutory withdrawal right no longer applies once your licence key has been issued. This does not affect the refunds described in our Refund Policy, and it does not affect any mandatory right you have that cannot be waived.
License and installation support is provided by email at support@viiy.tech. Founding Operators receive direct support as described in their program.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to disrupt it, misuse the download, or infringe our or others' rights. The site content and the VIIY name, logo and branding are our property.
The website and software are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that license in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for fraud). This does not affect mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence.
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. The terms in force at the time of your order apply to that order.
