Terms of Sale & Website Use

These terms govern the purchase of a VIIY license and the use of the viiy.tech website. Your use of the VIIY software itself is governed by the End User License Agreement. By ordering, you agree to these terms.

Who you are buying from

VIIY is sold by Vitalii Pravdin, sole proprietor (FOP), [registered address, Ukraine], contact support@viiy.tech. Payments are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record; your purchase receipt will name that provider.

The product

VIIY is downloadable software licensed, not sold. A license is node-locked and covers a Main + Backup machine pair as described at the point of sale. A separate, parallel show on independent machines requires an additional license.

Orders, pricing and taxes

• Prices and license terms are shown at checkout and may change over time; the terms shown at the time of your order apply to that order.
• Where the merchant of record handles the transaction, applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated and collected by them.
• We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, error or abuse, and refund any amount charged.

Delivery and activation

Delivery is digital: after a successful purchase, your license key is sent to the email address on the order. You install VIIY, launch it, and activate the key online once; the license then binds to that computer. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and to keep your key secure.

Refunds

Because the product is digital and delivered immediately, refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Support

License and installation support is provided by email at support@viiy.tech. Founding Operators receive direct support as described in their program.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to disrupt it, misuse the download, or infringe our or others' rights. The site content and the VIIY name, logo and branding are our property.

Disclaimers and liability

The website and software are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that license in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for fraud). This does not affect mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Ukraine], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. The terms in force at the time of your order apply to that order.
